Delete Your Account

You can ask us to delete your Auto Call Scheduler & Reminder account and everything stored with it at any time. This page explains how to do that, what gets deleted, and what does not.

If you never signed in, there is nothing to request. Everything the app knows about you stays on your phone, so uninstalling the app removes it.

Delete from the app

1. Open the app and tap the menu.
2. Tap your name or Sign In to open the Account screen.
3. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete my account.
4. Read the confirmation screen, type the confirmation word, and tap Delete account.

Your request is recorded right away and you are signed out.

If you no longer have the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will verify that you own the address before acting on the request, so please write from that address rather than another one.

How long it takes

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request.

Until the request has been carried out you can cancel it by signing in again — the app will offer to stop the deletion and keep your account.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your profile information (name, email address, profile picture)
• Schedules and settings synced to the cloud
• AI Schedule Assistant conversations and support conversations
• Any reports you sent us about an assistant reply
• Your AI credit balance and usage counters
• Your linked subscription record in our systems
• Your identity in any survey answers you gave, so the answers can no longer be traced to you

What is kept, and why

• Purchase and billing records. Tax and accounting law requires us to keep these.
• Records of promotional credit grants. These stop free credits being claimed repeatedly and contain no information that identifies you.
• Aggregate usage statistics. These are counts only — for example how many accounts were deleted in a given month — and cannot be linked back to any individual.

Two things to know first

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play and exist independently of your account, so we cannot cancel one for you. Cancel it yourself in Google Play subscriptions, otherwise you will keep being charged after your account is gone. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period.

Data on your phone is not deleted. Your schedules stay on the device and the app keeps working offline. To remove them, clear the app’s data in Android settings or uninstall the app.

Starting again

You are welcome back. Signing in again after your account has been deleted creates a brand new account — none of your previous cloud data is restored.
